These high quality attic stairs provide a stylish and functional way to access your attic space. They fold up and can be concealed inside your attic. The hatches are fully insulated to reduce heat loss. The stair is available in 2 size options to suit most ceiling heights.

The stair opening is 600 x 1300mm.

The pull down wooden insulated deluxe stair system has a sturdy handrail and comes with a draft seal to keep in the heat. The stair also has rubber feet to protect wooden floors.

We can supply this stair direct to your door ready to install or we can arrange installation with one of our local builders for you in the Wellington region

Description

The LWK Deluxe Attic Stair by Fakro is a premium quality folding 4-section loft stair. It is equipped with an aesthetically finished insulated hatch in white and accessories enabling comfortable attic stairs usage as standard – stile ends and handrail. Steps protrude from the stringers, facilitating climbing the ladder.

This ladder is a good choice for taller ceilings up to 3.25m in height (floor to ceiling).
