These high quality attic stairs provide a stylish and functional way to access your attic space. They fold up and can be concealed inside your attic space. The hatches are fully insulted to reduce heat loss. The stair is available in 2 size options to suit most ceiling heights.

The stair opening is 600 x 1300mm and they are available in 2 height ranges of 2.8m and 3.25m.

The pull down wooden insulated deluxe stair system has a sturdy handrail and comes with a draft seal to keep in the heat. The stair also has rubber feet to protect wooden floors.

We can supply this stair direct to your door ready to install or we can arrange installation with one of our local builders for you.

The LWK Deluxe Fakro Attic Stair is a premium quality folding 3 section Attic Stair. It is equipped with an aesthetically finished insulated hatch in white and accessories enabling comfortable attic stairs usage as standard – stile ends and handrail. Steps protrude form the stringers facilitating climbing the ladder.

The hatch is insulated and has a draft seal to slow heat loss. The feet are rubber to help you protect any wooden floors that the stair folds down onto.

The handrail is a very useful features that allows 3 points of contact when taking boxes up or down from the attic. The opening is a large 600×1300 so you can get the largest of suitcases through it!
