This is the standard R31 un-finished attic stair for heights up to 3.1m. The R31 is ideal for taller ceiling common in older homes. Loading up to 200kg.
This stair has a slighly larger opening than many on the market. Please note this stair does not come pre-painted and will require finishing once installed.
